We would like to thank our current sponsors

 Sponsorship

This successful unique football club, in the position its in today, has the kind of big ambitions that maybe you would necessarily expect.

Being that we already have the facilities then we would be letting down not only ourselves but all the other ladies football clubs, striving to be in our position if we were not able to maximise our full potential.

That is why we have a strong 20 member committee backed up by all the players and parents alike to put the work in that's necessary not only to run a club and facilities of our size, but to ensure the future development.

We aim to be playing in the Ladies Premiership, this is a realistic ambition.

We are progressing towards F.A. Charter Standard, with all our Coaches now qualified through the F.A., and all teams having a Qualified First-aider.

We also aim to gain F.A. Centre of Excellence status for our junior sides, our junior section is already more than large enough. We plan for our experienced senior players to receive UEFA `B' coaching qualifications to achieve our aim.

Due to the continuing expansion of our club we have the plans drawn up for a much larger new clubhouse with the facility of accommodating travelling sides throughout the year. This will have to be partly funded through the grants available to us, but we will need to raise funds to make it happen!

This is all on top of :

1) Finding the funds to run 8 football teams.

2) Maintaining the main pitch and new junior pitch.

3) Maintaining our current club house

4) Maintaining and improving current infrastructure. i.e. fencing/car park/services

It is a great financial burden to run a club of our size with multiple teams, Obviously we raise funds internally through parents and special events, but we need the help of various sponsors to make up the short fall.

It is our policy on club funding to approach as many sponsors as possible to help share out the financial burden rather than just rely on one generous sponsor. We are able do this whilst still offering our sponsors the publicity they deserve as we have different sponsors for our multiple teams and equipment.

So why sponsor a girls club ?

Basically, with a successful girls team being a sponsor has more of a uniqueness (because there aren't yet many of them) than a boys team, it gains more notoriety and publicity in the local press and general interest and conversation from customers, especially female! (Or fathers interested in their daughter playing).

Furthermore, a sponsor should always look how their contributions help the local community, when it comes to girls teams sports there aren't that many popular ones to mention. That's why when something new in the community which is positive and healthy for physical development and character of young girls comes along, we need to embrace it, particularly at a time when the youth of today is heavily accused of being inactive.

If we want to compete in the future internationally and put some pride back into the country (overcoming the likes of Australia/Germany and the USA etc.) then we need to support the development of sport at grass roots level rather than sponsor inanimate objects such as roundabouts! (the UK must be the world champion's at this anyway!).

Denham have already managed to progress one of their junior players into this countries International Squad, how many more can we produce in the coming years.

In return we can offer :

1) Advertising your company as a club/team sponsor on Playing kit/Training kit/Dug Outs/Pitch Boarding/Club House.

2) Publicity in the local press in special features and match reports.

3) Framed team photos for your reception/premises

4) A framed shirt with your logo and team photo.

5) Use of our clubhouse and/or pitch for special events e.g. Five-a-side competitions and internal company events.
